We’ve really enjoyed our stay here. The McManus family has made us feel so at home and we’ve really enjoyed our group dinners each night! As you can see from the bubble and boat pool pictures, Angus had a great time playing with Megan, Kira and Bisou the dog! Hosting folks for 2 weeks is tough though; I think they’ll be happy to see us go tomorrow! Hopefully one day we’ll be able to return the favor in Flagstaff.
Well, we’re off to Berlin at 9am tomorrow morning. I think it is about a 5-hour drive. We’ll get settled in, then Greg and Paige will go get their USA credentials. I head out for the airport very early Tuesday morning to go to my conference in Portland. I’ve given Greg a list of fun things to do with kids in Berlin, and Paige’s parents arrive on the 20th, so hopefully they won’t even notice I’m gone for 4 days! I’ll be back in the morning on the 22nd though, to see first Emily do a 10k road race, and then Paige on Sunday—woo hoo!!!
